In May last year we was having severe marriage problems and we decided to seperate, she went back home in May 08, her visa was due to expire Aug 08. In November of last year, we decided to try and save our marriage and after lengthy talks we decided to give it another go. We called each other everyday nearly since november 08 and emailed each other also and I have kept all these records. I have just returend from a 3 week trip visitng her in colombia, and we are very happy again having sorted out our problems. I want my wife now to apply for a new spouse visa, but is this going to be very difficult considering we was seperated for 7 months or so. I really need some advice on this, we are still married and i have kept all evidence of our calls, emails and my recent trip there, can anyone offer me any advice if this is going to be difficult to try and get a new spouse visa for my wife? Also the the other problem was, when i was last there for 3 weeks, I forgot to take my camera and so we did not have take any pictures together, I do have the stamps in my passport showing entry and exit to her town, and airline recipets. I also destroyed all my pcitures when we seperated, so at the moment we do not have any pcitures of us together, I am searching to see if any family as any. but as i said earlier, I have email records and phone records since Nov 08 when we decided to try again.
