		<description>THe H-1B is also a way for corporations to practically enslave their workforce.  The H-1B recipient cannot work at a second job, and his right to stay in the U.S. is at the whim of the employer, unless he finds another slaveowner to transfer under.  All the fruits of his labor is practically owned by the visa sponsor.

This sets up an exploitative situation where the worker can be taken advantage of without complaining, lets he be forced to leave or be deported from the U.S.</description>
