<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Indian immigration law operates in a similar legal framework as that of most democratic countries. Anyone planning to move to India or visit for a short period of time will need to apply for an Indian visa.</p>
<p>There are several types of visas that match the need of each prospective applicant for immigration or permanent residency.</p>
<p>There is the Persons of Indian Origin (PIO Card) that applies to people of Indian origin, through birth, residency or ancestry. PIO cards are granted for fifteen years and allow holders to travel in and out of the country at will.</p>
<p><a title="Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI)" href="http://www.mha.nic.in/uniquepage.asp?Id_Pk=553">Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI)</a> gives individuals with Indian origin, but who have taken citizenship with other countries to have long-term leave, which allows them to remain in India. These cards are granted for life.</p>
<p>var uri = &#8216;http://impgb.tradedoubler.com/imp?type(img)g(18055494)a(1737490)&#8217; + new String (Math.random()).substring (2, 11);<br />
document.write(&#8216;<a href="http://clkuk.tradedoubler.com/click?p=19300&amp;a=1737490&amp;g=18055494" target="_BLANK"><img src="'+uri+'" border="0"></a>&#8216;);</p>
<p>In India, visas differ both in terms of fees and the processing time. The terms of issue are subject to change and will vary, depending on the type of entry sought by an applicant.</p>
<p>For anyone wishing to stay for a shorter period of time, several visas are also available. There is the Indian Tourist Visa, which is usually granted for a period of up to six months. Holders of this card may not work during their stay in India.</p>
<p>The Indian Business Visa can be granted to single or multiple entries and allows the holder to travel to the country for business related purposes.</p>
<p>Indian Work Permits and Indian Student Visas both offer the applicant a specific period of time to stay and study in India.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A tourist/visitor visa, also known as a B2 visa, is required for foreign nationals who wish to enter the USA for holidays or to pursue other leisure activities, visit family, seek medical care or take brief courses. It is a non-immigrant <a title="US Visas" href="http://www.globalvisas.com/countries/us_immigration.html">US visa </a>that only allows a temporary stay.</p>
<p>A B2 visa grants residency for between one and ten years. This type of US visa allows aliens to leave and re-enter the USA during this period, as long as the purpose of travel remains the same as that specified in the visa. In cases of multiple entries, each visit should not exceed six months. The duration of each visit can be extended to six additional months provided that the visitor can prove that it is only temporary. The Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) decides how long a visit should last and this is stamped in the individual&rsquo;s 1-94 card.</p>
<p>When reviewing applications for <a title="US B2 Tourist Visa" href="http://www.globalvisas.com/us_immigration/us_tourist_visa__b2_.html">B2 visas</a>, the immigration authority pays close attention to the possibility of illegal immigration. B2 applicants must prove that they have no plans to permanently settle in the USA. This can be done by providing proof of family ties, property ownership and strong reasons why they plan to return to their country of origin.</p>
<p>The US Visa Waiver Program exempts the nationals of certain countries from having to obtain a US visa if they have a machine-readable passport and a non-refundable flight ticket to their country of origin or other foreign destination, except Canada. Among the nationals eligible for this programme are Britons, Danes, Spaniards, Australians and Hungarians.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Even if you just want to see and experience the glitz and glamour that the United Kingdom is renowned for, if you live outside the EU you will need a UK Visa before being granted entry into the country. It doesn&rsquo;t matter if you live in Asia, the Middle East or Africa, if you are not a resident of a European Union member country; you have to go through the process of obtaining a UK Visa.</p>
<p>There are several preparations to be made before formally applying for a UK Visitors Visa. You need a letter from your employer, stating that you are allowed to be absent from work for a certain period, but you are expected to be back on a particular date. However, if you are self-employed, you have to show proof that you are financially stable enough to be able to support yourself for the period of your stay. Aspiring applicants must also present evidence that they own at least one property in their home country.</p>
<p>In the event that you intend to visit the UK as a student, you must request a letter from your school that provides details regarding your courses, the year and the dates that you are permitted to travel to the UK. These dates may be during the school year as long as the school officials allow you to miss classes. Alternatively, you may mention that the dates provided are holidays in your country of residence.</p>
<p>To further increase your chances of succeeding with your UK Visa application, provide details of your family, friends and responsibilities that you definitely have to return home to. You also have to provide copies of your bank statements, including those that were issued several months before your application and be able to prove that you have savings.</p>
<p>Finally, you have to make an itinerary for your trip, in order to prove you don&rsquo;t intend to wander aimlessly around the country.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Australian immigration is growing in appeal to a large number of people for a variety of reasons. It is a huge country and many enjoy the warmer climate and space to develop their lives. This is why either making regular visits or emigrating to the country are both very popular.</p>
<p>Australia is rich in natural resources, which provide the country with much needed foreign income as they account for a high percentage of its total exports. It is easy to understand why so many people choose to emigrate to Australia in order to work in the open spaces where these resources are to be found.</p>
<p>For tourists visiting the country there are many visa options available. An ETA visa will allow anyone with a passport to stay in the country for up to three-months maximum. Anyone going there on business must apply for an eVisitor visa, which lasts for the same length of time.</p>
<p>Tourists wishing to stay for longer than three months can apply for a standard tourist visa for a six or twelve month period and for anyone visiting relatives, a Sponsored Family Visitor visa can be applied for, which lasts a year.</p>
<p>All of these visas can be applied for in London and as the process is so simple and straightforward, it is not difficult to see why so many people choose to visit this beautiful country at all times of the year. Fees are charged for the visas, but they are a small price to pay in order to visit such a wonderful country.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>An American visa serves as a ticket for entering the United States. Having it is important because authorities ask all foreigners for a visa before they step onto American soil.</p>
<p>People can avail themselves of two types of U.S. visas depending on their purpose for travelling to the U.S. First is the non-immigrant visa. This type of visa is intended for tourists, students, and travellers. The second type of visa is the immigrant visa, which is intended for the immediate relatives of U.S. citizens, family-sponsored immigrants, special immigrants, and employer-sponsored immigrants.</p>
<p>Nowadays, citizens from other countries are having a hard time obtaining their <a title="US Visas" href="http://www.globalvisas.com/countries/us_immigration.html">U.S. visas</a> because of the new government regulations. However, citizens from 35 countries can get a visa waiver under the Visa Waiver Program, a U.S. government programme that allows citizens of some countries to travel to the U.S. without a visa for up to 90 days for business or tourism purposes.</p>
<p>Applicants are advised by the U.S. government to apply as early as possible because the new regulations require longer processing of the applications. Comparing the two types of visa in terms of processing, the immigrant visa is more detailed; thus, it takes more time to process than the non-immigrant visa.</p>
<p>The application form for the <a title="American Visas" href="http://www.globalvisas.com/countries/us_immigration.html">American visa </a>requires the applicants to supply important information, such as personal details, purpose and length of stay in the U.S., passport number, and contact information. After completing the application form, applicants are scheduled for an interview, must provide fingerprints, and are also required to pay fees.</p>
<p>It is not easy to apply for and receive an American visa. There are various requirements that every immigrant must meet before travelling to the land of opportunities.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Whether you’re travelling to Australia to take a vacation or you’re relocating there for good, you must first have a visa to enter the country. There are different kinds of <a title="Australian Visas" href="http://www.globalvisas.com/countries/australia_visas.html">Australian visas</a>, as well as different methods on how to apply for one.</p>
<p>When applying for a visa, you must choose a classification suited to your particular situation. For short durations, you can apply for a temporary visa, such as a tourist or working holiday visa. While on a temporary visa, you can also apply for a permanent one if you wish to stay longer or to migrate completely. Permanent visas include a skilled worker’s visa, student visa or family visa. For a skilled worker’s visa, you can either be sponsored by relatives living in the country, or by an Australian state or region.</p>
<p>As to the method of applying for one, you can <a title="Apply for a visa" href="http://www.globalvisas.com/">apply for a visa</a> in several ways. There’s the traditional walk-in application, where you go to the embassy yourself to apply for a visa. This is the easiest way to get a visa, as some temporary visas are released in a matter of hours. You can also send your application through the mail, though this takes more time than the walk-in application. You send your application via post, and the visa is also released to you through regular mail. Applications via mail should be sent to the Australian visa centres found in Australian consulates and embassies.</p>
<p>For tourists who plan to visit Australia through a travel agency, you can have the agency take care of the visa application process. This is better, as you are guaranteed that your Australian visa will be processed properly so you can enjoy a worry-free vacation.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Each year, more UK citizens join the ranks of applicants for <a title="Australian Visas" href="http://www.globalvisas.com/countries/australia_visas.html">Australian visas</a>. It is important to apply for the right visa to prevent unnecessary delays in acquiring one.</p>
<p>To accommodate the growing number of applications, Australia has increased its limit on visa releases. The most popular visa is the Skilled Migration visa, which is also one of the easiest to acquire. Australia advertises more than 150,000 job opportunities each week to fill up the country’s deficit in skilled workers. The Skilled visa can either be permanent or temporary, and is available to people who possesses skills in a certain trade or profession that is needed in Australia. A skilled worker can either be supported by close relatives, or by an Australian state or region.</p>
<p>Another type of visa which is popular especially with young people is the <a title="Working Holiday Visa" href="http://www.globalvisas.com/australia_visas/working_holiday_visa_2.html">Working Holiday visa</a>. It is a vacation visa where you can travel around the country for a period of 12 months, which can be extended. This visa is temporary, and you can apply for other visa types before the working holiday visa expires.</p>
<p>For visas that cater specifically for people in relationships, Australia offers the Fiancé, Interdependent Partner visa, and the Spouse visa. The Fiancé visa is for individuals who are engaged to an Australian citizen and are planning to get married in Australia. The spouse visa is for individuals who have an Australian citizen for a spouse, while the interdependent visa is for same-sex and domestic relationships where one party is a native of Australia.</p>
<p>Each type of visa application has different sets of requirements and accompanying charges. By knowing which visa to apply for, you can save both time and money which can be spent instead on your new life in Australia.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>An adventure to the Australian Outback is near the top of the list for most veteran travellers, and rightfully so. With a vibrant and diverse culture spanning thousands of years and a vast landscape of epic proportions, ranging from the scraggy brush lands of the Outback to the rocky cliffs of the coastline, to the Great Barrier Reef, Australia combines the perfect mixture of cultural and topographic allure to create the absolute adventure destination. </p>
<p>As a UK citizen you need to apply for a <a title="Australian Tourist Visa" href="http://www.globalvisas.com/australia_visas/working_holiday_visa_2.html">tourist visa</a>&mdash;also called an ETA visa&mdash;from your nearest Australian embassy. These visas are good for a stay up to 90 days within a 12 month period and are multiple entry visas, meaning you can come and go as many times as you like, so long as you do not exceed the 90 day limit within those 12 months. </p>
<p>The lure of Australia is that of the iconic adventure. This is a land founded on the stories of migrant workers, elusive and sacred rituals hearkening back to the time of yore, indigenous culture, and a combination of survival over the years as the brave bushrangers and soldiers attempted to carve out a piece of modern history within this often times harsh landscape. One of Australia&rsquo;s most alluring fantasy elements is the Aboriginal culture and the sacred Dreamtime, leading back to a &ldquo;time before time&rdquo; during the world&rsquo;s creation. But there is also a rich history here of gold rushes, cattle drives, and farmlands. </p>
<p>Regardless of the reasons for visiting the Australian Continent, you will be met with a variety of adventures to whet the appetite of that inner traveller.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Foreign students studying in Japan are allowed to work in the country after graduation. In recent reports, the number of foreign students who remain in the country to work has hit an all time high. This record high only goes to show that there is an improving job market in the country. Japan has a continuing demand for translators and interpreters. These types of work have caused the figure to increase to up to 8,272. This increase is more than a 40 percent increase in the past year.</p>
<p>Back in 2006, applicants seeking to change status from a college student to a pre-college student or to a specialist in humanities or international services have reached 9,034. Of the total applications, there were 8,272 students approved. Back in the year 2005, there were only 5,878 visas issued for the Specialist in Humanities/International Services.</p>
<p>This type of visa is only issued for the applicants who are engaged in a type of service that involve economics, sociology, human science fields, jurisprudence, and at the same time to those applicants who are engaged in services that involve foreign culture. The reason being is that the visas offered are derived on a contract with the private or public organizations in the country.</p>
<p>The majority of students who found jobs after graduation were comprised of Asian nationals. Asians totalled 90 percent according to the statistics reported by Japan’s immigration bureau. Chinese nationals topped the list with up to 43.3 percent or 6,000 students. South Korea took second spot with 944 students. Taiwan, Bangladesh, and Malaysia were almost the same figure having 200, 119, and 118 students respectively.</p>
